Nice airport is located half way between Nice and Cannes.
TRAINS
Travelling by train is highly usual and comfortable. Trains are operated by
the national company SNCF. They depart very precisely and arrive
mostly on time. You will be able to travel at a speed of about 300km/hr on the
TGV lines (Paris to Burgundy, Lyon, Provence, Côte d’Azur, Brittany, the Loire
Valley, Bordeaux, North of France, Belgium and London ). Some of these trains
leave directly from airport Charles De Gaulle.

ROADS Travelling by coaches or cars is made easy by an extensive network of roads and highways (tollfee on highways) in excellent shape.

When to come ? Spring
(april to june) an automn (september to november) are the most favored times
of the year by visitors. Winters are usually rather mild (between 0° and 8°
C), coldest months from december to february)
Accommodation A wide

Eat and drink A large variety of places everywhere, at all prices. From cheap fastfood, pizze
an chinese food to three stars restaurants. Everywhere prices include service
charge (15%). Note that most places won’t serve food before 12/12hr30 am (untill
2pm) and 7h/7hr30 pm. Late dinners very usual in Paris but not in smaller cities
or villages (not unusual last order round 9hr30pm)
